GENERAL RESERVATION CONDITIONS

The stay goes from Saturday to Saturday and starts at 4:00 p.m. on the date of arrival and ends at 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.

Balance is payable upon arrival. Credit cards: American Express, Visa, Master Card, Diners, bank debit card. No reimbursement or compensation is given for late arrival or early departure. Meals may not be deducted.

Reservations are considered confirmed when you send a deposit of 30% of the total amount of your stay. The deposit is refunded in full for reservations cancelled 40 days in advance, 50% for reservations cancelled up to 15 days in advance.

• full board (excluding column B & B) with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with choice of first and second, fruit or dessert served at the table and mineral water and wine in the bottle doc meals included;
• hotel room with private bath with shower, hair dryer, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, safe, mini-fridge and air conditioning;
• beach service (1 umbrella, 1 deck chair, 1 sunbed), use of pedalos, rowboats, canoes, beach volleyball, shower, changing booths, toys for children.
